Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour should comply immediately. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of staff immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, the organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or removal from the space with no refund. If you are removed from the space, you can not enter again.
If a volunteer or organiser engages in harassing behaviour, please do not hesitate to contact another member of the team. They will take the appropriate action including warning the offender, expulsion from the festival or immediate withdrawal from their duties.

To report an incident, alert any member member of the team. When taking a personal report, our staff will ensure you are safe and cannot be overheard. They may involve other staff to ensure your report is managed properly. Once safe, we’ll ask you to tell us about what happened; you can bring someone to support you. We won’t ask you to confront anyone and we won’t tell anyone who you are.
